4) Ngamanzi angaphansi komhlaba anensimbi engaphansi kuka-0.3mg/L kanye nokuqukethwe okuqinile okumisiwe okungaphezu kuka-20mg/L, indlela yokuhlunga eqondile ingasetshenziswa;
